Our hometown release, and we planned a big all-day event at Ashkenaz to celebrate!  Sink your teeth into some awesome workshops, double-trouble concert with Vadalma and Veretski Pass, and be the first to get our sparkly new CD!!!  We hope to see our whole wonderful community there!

Hungarian folk arts workshops -- Open to first-timers and long-timers! 
1:00 - 3:30 pm - Hungarian Beaded Necklace Workshop w/Éva Gergely
3:30 - 5:00 pm - Transylvanian Embroidery Workshop w/Sarah Pedlow
5:00 - 7:30 pm - Bobbin Lace Display and Demos w/Éva Gergely
5:30 - 6:30 pm - Hungarian Folk Singing Workshop w/Zina Bozzay
6:30 - 7:30 pm - Moldavian Csángó Folk Dance Workshop w/László Tihanyi

Vegetarian Hungarian dishes available through the day/eve, provided by Tibor Szabó
 

Concert: 
8:00 pm  Vadalma - Hungarian folk songs in handmade arrangements
9:30 pm  Veretski Pass - Jewish music from the Carpathian bow
